Lovesteady is the 2025 album by the Italian streetska/punk band Los Fastidios, a 13-track collection that mixes streetpunk, 2Tone ska, britpop, and reggae/rocksteady with an energetic, rebellious sound – encapsulating their signature blend of infectious energy, uncompromising politics, and genre-bending experimentation. Tracks range from the melodic punk anthem of “You Are So Young,” to the joyful, danceable traditional ska of “Heart of Woman”, the rootsy 2 Tone rock n’ roll of “Skabillyboogie”, straight-up punk of “True Rebel” and “A Rebel, Not a Fool”, the Vegan ska anthem “Why Don’t You Eat Your Cat?” and the upbeat big brass & keys ska banger “Sometimes Good Girls Don’t Wear White”. They even do a great cover of THE SELECTER’s “Three Minute Hero” and sing a tune in French and Italian to remind you they are a proud European band!
